Wherever you are on the coast, the service is the same: our mobile physiotherapy covers NDIS, aged care, DVA, post-surgery rehab and more, and health professionals can refer clients anywhere in these regions via our referrals page.
Service area FAQs
My suburb isn’t listed. Can you still visit?
Quite possibly. The suburbs listed are where we visit most often, but we regularly take on clients just outside these areas, especially for ongoing NDIS, DVA or aged care work. Call us on 0490 427 392 and we’ll give you a straight answer about your address.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Private and DVA clients pay no travel charge within our standard service area. For NDIS clients, travel is billed per the NDIS pricing rules and agreed in writing before we start. See our NDIS page for the plain-English version. Home Care Package travel arrangements are agreed with your provider.
How quickly can you get to me?
Central Gold Coast suburbs usually have appointments within the same week. Southern, northern and Logan-corridor suburbs run on scheduled visit days, typically within one to two weeks. Urgent post-surgical discharges are prioritised. Tell us your discharge date and we’ll do our best.
