What a session looks like
Your first visit is a full assessment: your history, how the pain behaves, what makes it better and worse,
and what it's stopping you from doing. We explain what we find in plain English, with no scary jargon and no
doom-and-gloom about your scan results.
Treatment combines hands-on therapy where it helps with a graded movement program that rebuilds your
tolerance step by step. Because we're in your home, we tailor everything to your actual furniture, stairs
and daily routine. And there's no painful car trip undoing the session on the way home.
Funding and costs
Chronic pain and injury clients typically use one of these:
Medicare CDM/EPC plan: a GP care plan rebates part of up to five visits per year
WorkCover QLD: approved claims fully covered, paperwork handled by us
Private health extras: claim part of your fee back from your fund
Private payment: one flat home-visit fee, no referral needed
Honest, evidence-based care. We tell you what will help, and what won't.
Consistency. The same physiotherapist every visit, tracking your progress properly.
Whole-person approach. Sleep, activity, confidence and flare-up planning, not just the sore bit.
GP communication. We report back to your doctor so your care joins up. GPs can refer via our referrals page.
Chronic pain & injury FAQs
Can physio really help pain I’ve had for years?
Usually, yes, though rarely with a quick fix. Long-term pain responds best to graded movement, strength work and understanding what drives your pain, delivered consistently over weeks to months. Most clients with chronic pain can meaningfully reduce pain and do more of what they enjoy, even when the pain has been there for years.
Does Medicare cover physiotherapy for chronic pain?
If you’ve had a condition for six months or more, your GP can put you on a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, previously called an EPC, which provides a Medicare rebate on up to five allied health visits per calendar year. Ask your GP, or call us and we’ll explain what to request.
Do you treat WorkCover injuries at home?
Yes. We treat approved WorkCover Queensland claims, and home visits often suit injured workers who can’t drive or whose injury makes travel painful. We handle the WorkCover paperwork and communicate with your GP and insurer so your claim stays on track.
What conditions do you treat most?
Lower back and neck pain, osteoarthritis of the knee and hip, shoulder pain, sciatica, tendon problems, and recovery from muscle and joint injuries. If you’re not sure whether physio can help your condition, call us. We’ll give you an honest answer, including when we think you’d be better served elsewhere.

After suffering from painful back pain, where I found it difficult to get out of bed, having Jesse come to my home for treatment was so appreciated. Jesse explained my condition in easy to understand language and with exercises and massage, my pain subsided the next few visits. I would definitely recommend Jesse and the fact he offers a mobile service is an added bonus.
