Do you charge extra to travel to Southport?

No. Southport is in the middle of our service area, close to our Main Beach base, so private and DVA clients pay no travel charge at all. NDIS travel billing is agreed in writing before we start, and because we visit Southport almost daily it stays low.

I live in an apartment tower. Does that cause problems for home visits?

Not at all, and it is one of the main reasons Southport clients choose us. We treat people in high-rise apartments every week. Just let us know the building and any intercom or visitor-parking quirks when you book, and we handle the rest.

How quickly can you see someone in Southport?
